Schrödinger's Cat and the Raiders of the Lost Quark

Yes, all of that is the title.

Schrödinger’s Cat is a fun, frantic, wacky and colourful puzzle-laden platform game, set in a unique and quirky quantum physics world.

There’s chaos at the Particle Zoo! What used to be a cheery theme-park environment is now overrun with hungry leptons, sticky-fingered gluons and massive, stubborn bosons. The Zoo is put on lockdown, and the emergency services are called in to sort everything out. Those emergency services? Quantum superhero Schrödinger’s Cat, of course.

Combine and create useful bits of temporary matter to help you combat and subdue all the subatomic critters running amok, and help Schrödinger’s Cat work out how they all got out of their cages in the first place.

Available now on Steam, Xbox One and PS4.

Awards and nominations for Schrödinger’s Cat.

Mona lisa

When Leonardo speaks of Mona Lisa as his greatest creation, he's not talking about the painting... he's actually talking about the girl. Mona Lisa happens to be a sleek and graceful robot built by Leonardo da Vinci, specifically for the purposes of art thievery and forgery.

Mona Lisa combines an innovative new gameplay mechanic with the driving action of Dan Brown, the irreverent satire of Terry Pratchett, and the awesome design influence of “springpunk” technology.

This project’s development was made possible by an award of €122 500 from Creative Europe Media’s Subprogramme for the Development of Narrative-Led Video Games, and supported by Northern Ireland Screen.

Mona Lisa is currently in development.

The Infinite Hotel

How do you create a grand-scale adventure in a room-scale space? The answer: Go vertical.

You are elevator operator of the Infinite Hotel - an infinite-star resort with an infinite number of rooms and an infinite number of floors. Don’t ask what happened to the last guy who had your job - you’ll find out soon enough.

The Infinite Hotel is a character-driven, vertical VR narrative adventure, combining elements of popular, award-winning games like Job Simulator, Papers Please, and Grim Fandango… all from inside a 5-foot square.

This project’s development was made possible by an award of €125 000 from Creative Europe Media’s Subprogramme for the Development of Narrative-Led Video Games, and supported by Northern Ireland Screen.

The Infinite Hotel is currently in development and seeking publishing partners.

We love epic plot lines, well-rounded characters, engaging narrative, dry wit and snappy dialogue. Twice nominated for Best Game Script by both the Writers’ Guild of Great Britain and the Writer’s Guild of Ireland, occasionally people come a-knocking for scriptwriting, character development, puzzle design or just a bit of advice.

Though we usually like to focus on our own stuff, sometimes a story or concept comes our way that we can’t pass up…

Wailing Heights

Frances Finklestein, former manager of Britpop’s greatest manufactured band of the 1960s “The Deadbeats”, gets called to host a tribute concert on the anniversary of the drummer’s death. When he ends up dead himself, Frances must find and possess vegan werewolves, hipster vampires, gossiping ghosts and soulful zombies through the power of song to find his long-dead comrades and put on the ultimate reunion concert.

A coffin-rocking, body-hopping, musical adventure game, set in with a horrific hamlet of monsters, with a story by Italic Pig’s Kevin Beimers and glorious 2D artwork from a host of illustrious comic book talent.

Game JamS

Yes, we sometimes even make games on weekends. When you’re in the middle of a huge project, there’s nothing better than a Game Jam to remind you that you can actually finish something now and then. Some of our best developments and biggest laughs have come from getting swept up in 48 hours of madness.
